The following list includes essential elements required for Grace's overall well being and ongoing development.

Daily Needs For the Home

Modifications throughout our home for power wheelchair use: special flooring, plexiglass, widen doors
Adaptive equipment to assist in opening doors, cabinets, refrigerator, toy box, light switches, etc.
Handicapped signs, front of house (annual fee)
Van & equipment installation to allow power wheelchair
Accessible bathroom
Rails for toileting, seats, diapers

Special Therapeutic Needs	Communication Needs
Caregiving Respite Aquatic therapy to control muscle tone, spasticity Hippotherapy (therapeutic horseback riding) Different sized shoes to fit over leg orthotics Various specialized therapy equipment: mats, helmets etc. Co-pays for insurance Modifications to toys, bikes etc. so that Grace can use them like other children	Specialized Software: Boardmaker Intellitools, Intellikeys Special yearly insurance policies on Communication Device Aids to help progress speech, chew sticks, biting orthotics, etc Adaptive equipment for the computer Future specialized phone equipment Hearing Aids: 1,500 per ear (not covered by insurance)
